computers and cell phones let people communicate with each other any where any time.There are some tips that can help us :
tip 1 : we can use a calender to do our works for example : respond the emails – study time – meetings and etc . we can also have a especial time for quiet time .
tip 2 : texts are grate for long messages and we can use phone call when we need a personal talk but for saving informations we can use a letter or email.
tip 3 : we don’t have to answer all phone calls we can screen our calls and let caller leave a message .
tip 4 : It is better to delete emails after we read them and we can also make different folders for emails we need to save .
tip 5 : if we communicate with people on a lot of social networks it is better to choose one of them and check the others less frequently
tip 6 : All our friends in social network aren’t good and we should limit the number of good friends an communicate with them .
